Talents’ spiral growth


Many believe professional growth is linear, or resembles an objective-oriented 2-dimension growth chart…  

 

However, we know objectives are most often not completely attained. In such cases, a linear perspective on performance may generate feelings of unability, unfulfillment, demotivation or discouragement.  

 

Inspired by the spiral growth in Nature and also by Chinese philosophy, we believe growth occurs in a spiral manner as we consider growth as a learning process. The spiral leaves time & space for self-tolerance & resilience building.  

 

And for sustainable growth, it appears that spiral-gliding the petals of your rose actually requires little energy. 

 

We like guiding Talents in leadership journeys just as if they were walking up their own DNA spiral towards mission: while progressing on their DNA stairs, the landscape remains the same, but the leader changes perspective on the landscape. From the new vista and the new energy flow will emerge advanced leadership attitudes & resources.  

 

Developing Leadership along an upward spiral requires exploration, curiosity, awareness; it requires training & exercise towards elevated mindset or meaning. 

 

Managers willing to lead a transformation are like pioneers: they are inspired by dimensions above work that transcend to teams and corporation.  

 

I believe Leaders create at work extraordinary places to live. In fact, the true leader reveals to be first an extraordinary human being, as well as a manager.
