However, we know objectives are most often not completely attained. In such cases, a linear perspective on performance may generate feelings of unability, unfulfillment, demotivation or discouragement.
Inspired by the spiral growth in Nature and also by Chinese philosophy, we believe growth occurs in a spiral manner as we consider growth as a learning process. The spiral leaves time & space for self-tolerance & resilience building.
And for sustainable growth, it appears that spiral-gliding the petals of your rose actually requires little energy.
